Larry Balchen receives a $5,000 check from Brian Smith, NRA representative, during the NRA Banquet at the Pellon Center in Machias on October 3, 2020. The check is the result of a grant application to the NRA. The funds will be used to improve the Action Pistol and Skeet activities.
